Connecting in
Relationships
weekend workshop
with Yoram Mosenzon (Israel/Netherlands)
CNVC certified trainer

    Budapest, 2013. május 4-5.

Kapcsolódás kapcsolatainkban
hétvégi tréning
Yoram Mosenzon (Izrael/Hollandia)
okleveles EMK trénerrel

NVC is a practical communication tool that radically transform the way you speak  and think. NVC brings powerful assertive honesty mixed with deep quality of listening. NVC transforms conflicts, and bring deep quality of understanding and connection with your surroundings.
In an interactive and safe learning environment, we will be invited to work on examples from our own life. We will practice NVC through demonstrations, role-playing and exercises in order to integrate NVC in our day to day situations.

In this workshop we will touch themes such as:
*   How to be radically honest in a way that brings connection rather than distance?
*   How to hear each other’s beautiful heart, even in moments of conflict?
*  How to ask for what you want in a way the other is not hearing it as pressure or demands?
*   How to say No without hurting? How to hear No without getting hurt?
*   How to deal with anger, hurt and long lasting frustrations, and how to prevent these from accumulating in the relationship?
*   How to find balance between freedom and commitment?

A workshop a következő témákkal foglalkozik:

Connection without Compromise -
An introduction to How to Connect   Compassionately

with Torsten Hardieß (Germany)
conflict management trainer
based on Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

We are all familiar with situations in which it’s challenging to connect with people in a way that strengthens our relationships. Deep and satisfying relationships are essential factors to a fulfilling and meaningful life. To achieve these deeper connections, it is important to be able to access our inner resources and express what is true for us in ways that other people can hear.

This training is designed to teach you:
·   the underlying principles of Nonviolent Communication
·   how to keep a connection even in challenging situations
·   how to stay grounded in the face of anger and intensity
·   how to create safety and connection for yourself and others
· compassion without compromise (compromise is where you share the resentment 50/50)

A former banker and international disc jockey, Torsten has been training NVC based courses since 2006.  Longing for a deeper understanding of human connections, he examined different systems of thinking through studying psychology and living with a Native Indian shaman in North America. Torsten is currently helping to develop the Chinese NVC community. He also offers trainings based on NVC for companies and organizations around the globe with a focus on how to stay connected with ourselves and others in the workplace.
Within nonviolent communication, he discovered a model in which everyone’s needs truly matter, and which people can experience ease and joy, creating win-win situations.
